Do you need a break from studying? How about a noncredit class of limited length that provides stress relief or a chance to try something you’ve always wanted to do?
Stress relief-yoga, tai chi, meditation, ballroom dancing, fitness.
Hobbies-beginning guitar, beginning harmonica or songwriting.
Art-storybook illustrating, pottery/sculpture, watercolor or oil painting, fiber arts or character animation, creative writing classes, playwriting, astronomy and many other classes are offered.

SHOES
The Millsaps Cross Country and Track & Field teams want to encourage students and faculty to donate used and new shoes to the Soles4Souls charity. The organization has a simple, but extraordinarily helpful mission: they procure shoes and give them to those in need.
Soles4Souls is a green company, if you're looking for a simple way to reduce your carbon footrprint, donate your old shoes! Last year alone, Americans discarded more than 300 million pairs of shoes. When these shoes break down in our landfills, the toxic glue that holds the shoes together can leak into our water supply and atmosphere. Help the Millsaps Cross Country and Track & Field teams save the Earth from toxic decay, and provide necessary footwear for those in need!
Any shoe can be donated, just drop them in the cardboard box outside the HAC and let us take care of the rest.
