12 Days of Christmas...Natchez Style
Chef Regina Charboneau gives you 12 easy ideas for memorable Christmas parties with a Natchez twist. Charboneau, who attended cooking school in Paris, came back to her hometown of Natchez after founding San Francisco's successful Biscuits and Blues. As owner of historic Twin Oaks, circa 1832, she has continued to create great southern meals. In her cookbook, Regina's Table at Twin Oaks, she designs seasonal menus with recipes that interpret the four seasons at Twin Oaks through food and entertaining.

STUDY ABROAD...

STUDY ABROAD PROGRAMS
Attached, you will find a complete listing of Millsaps faculty-led study abroad programs for both the Winter Intersession 2011-2012 and Summer 2012. The list provides basic information on each course. Please contact the professor teaching the class for details. Some of these classes may already be filled and you may want to be added to the waiting list. If you are interested in attending one of the winter break courses, contact the professor immediately as they are beginning to make their final arrangements.
If you have any questions that you do not want to direct to the professor offering the course, please feel free to contact me or Ms. Tanya Newkirk (Associate Director of International Education).
Although the deadline for Robinson Fellowships for the winter Intersession courses has passed, we will be sending out the call for Summer 2012 Robinson applications via email in early December, so be on the lookout for that announcement.
Most of you will never have the opportunity to study abroad after you graduate from Millsaps. There is a world of difference in looking at the world as a traveler rather than a tourist. Studying abroad with us is a wonderful way to make that move from tourist to traveler!
Best wishes,
Dr. George Bey
Associate Dean of International Education
